Sandvik Mining Field Service Technician – Rock Drill Auditor About the Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and safety‑focused Service Technician (Rock Drill Auditor) to join our Parts & Service team. In this site‑based, roaming role, you will perform inspections, audits, preventive maintenance, and repairs on specialised mining equipment, including drill rigs and associated hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers and internal teams while representing Sandvik’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This is a DIDO role , operating on either an 8/6 or 2/2 roster , supporting operations across customer sites. Responsibilities: Perform inspections, audits, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Sandvik drilling equipment and related systems. Identify worn or damaged components and complete repairs, overhauls, and replacements to required standards. Complete commissioning of new or repaired equipment and components.
