Job Posting Title: Supervisor, DTC Content Fulfilment Req ID: 10148070 Job Description: About the Role & Team Working within a dedicated team, the AMP Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of high‑quality, value‑for‑money TV and Feature Art & Metadata assets to Disney’s Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) platforms. The role focuses on the end‑to‑end operational management of legal approvals, creation, and servicing of Art & Metadata materials in line with Disney’s requirements and standards. Partnering closely with global internal teams and external vendors, the AMP Supervisor must be able to effectively multi‑task and remain calm under pressure, reflecting the high‑profile nature of the content and the volume of work managed. The role also has responsibility for supporting and coaching AMP Coordinators, acting as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day tasks, guidance, and queries, while ensuring strong customer focus, clear communication, creative thinking and collaborative ways of working.
