Raymond West is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our team. This role involves reporting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operating data for our Corporate FP&A function. The successful candidate will contribute to forecasting, expense analysis, capital analysis, and ad-hoc analysis, providing comprehensive and accurate financial insights to enhance management decision-making and support the achievement of the company’s financial and business goals. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support Corp FP&A activities in monthly reporting to our parent company. - Analyze and review financial statements, providing insights into any variances. - Interact with managers from various departments to understand business activities and develop accurate forecasts. - Create standard tools and methods for collecting and disseminating key financial data. - Construct detailed financial models to support decision-making processes. - Prepare executive-level presentations and standard reports and dashboards for actuals/forecast cycles.
