The Dispatch Supervisor for Support Services will provide direction and support to team members, as well as communicate and coordinate with other functional areas to resolve any issues that may arise during execution of daily store support operations. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for hiring, training, salary administration, performance management and corrective actions for direct reports. Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting. - Oversee dispatch process and provide assistance to Maintenance Coordinators as needed. - Initiate all Supplier onboarding through Coupa.
