Company Description Palé Hall, one of the leading destination hotels in Wales, is recruiting a full time Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the maintenance and compliance of this magnificent Victorian country house, set in 25 acres of formal garden and woodland. We are seeking candidates with considerable experience in all aspects of maintenance. This is a key position at the heart of the hotel, requiring strong organisational skills, keen vigilance and the ability to work on initiative and to prioritise. Flexibility is essential to meet the demands of a complex structure with Listed Building status where the unforeseen can often happen. Enthusiastic and conscientious, you should also be prepared to be on-call as and when required. The role will involve close liaison with the operational heads of department and with the gardens team to ensure that work is prioritised in a timely manner with the minimum of disruption to the hotel operation, instructing and supervising external contractors under the direction of the General Manager.
