From a bedroom in Birmingham, UK to a global community of 20+ million, everything we’ve done has started in the gym. Now, we’re taking that one step further.... As a Gym Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the day to day leadership and operations of the gym, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience. You’ll lead by example on the gym floor, supporting your team to uphold high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and operational execution. With your passion for fitness, wellness, and the Gymshark brand, you’ll help foster an inclusive, high energy culture that motivates both members and staff.
