Frontend Software Development Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a talented Frontend Software Development Engineer to design, build, and optimise , user-centric web interfaces within enterprise digital platforms. You will play a key role in delivering high-performing, responsive, and accessible web applications, working closely with designers, backend teams, and product stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences across CMS and LMS environments. Location – Home based in Poland (ideally Warsaw area, but flexible nationwide) with occasional in-person meetings (1–2 per quarter) Key Responsibilities: Frontend Development: - Build and maintain user-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies - Develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces aligned with accessibility standards (WCAG) UI/UX Collaboration: - Work closely with UI/UX teams to translate designs into clean, reusable components Performance & Optimisation: - Optimise website performance, speed, and overall user experience Quality & Testing: - Test, debug, and troubleshoot code to ensure stability and cross-browser compatibility Integration & Collaboration: - Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend solutions within CMS/LMS platforms - Contrib...
