Join us as a Legal and Regulation Trainee Join our Legal and Regulation Department in Lisbon and provide cross-functional support to both the team and management, ensuring regulatory monitoring, document organisation and executive support for the efficient operation of the area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, supporting critical legal and regulatory processes at the heart of Euronext’s activities. You will be primarily responsible for: - Monitoring relevant Portuguese and European legislation on a daily basis. - Following up regularly on publications issued by supervisory authorities such as CMVM, ESMA and the National Cybersecurity Centre. - Translating legal and institutional documents, including correspondence, rules and internal policies. - Managing diaries and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. - Preparing supporting documentation for meetings. - Supporting corporate registration processes, including company incorporation, amendments to articles of association and commercial registrations. - Managing institutional communications and correspondence. - Providing direct support to the department...
