The Role: The Controls Engineer is an Individual contributor with recognized expertise responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving and continuous improvement on manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Work cross-functionally with diverse teams throughout the plant to troubleshoot issues effectively. Identify and document system vulnerabilities and develop inclusive mitigation plans; track corrective actions to ensure accountability. Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to promote component reuse and consistency with best practices.
