Role Purpose: To support, operate and enhance Modern Workplace platforms, ensuring secure, efficient and user‑focused digital experiences across Microsoft 365 and endpoint services. Key Responsibilities: Operate and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Manage Intune device provisioning, compliance, configuration and application deployment. Support Windows Autopilot deployment and optimise ESP reliability.
