What You’ll Do at BTS At BTS, we turn our clients’ ideas and strategies into results. We do this by designing customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, and performance. As a Business Development Associate, you'll be on the front lines of growth for our US business — owning outbound pipeline generation, supporting account expansion, and helping shape how we go to market. You'll be expected to put in the work — and work smarter not harder. This role is on the cutting edge of using AI and LLMs to scale all things sales — pipeline generation, meeting booking, opportunity creation, and outbound outreach. A core part of this role is leveraging AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs — to work smarter and faster. Whether it's building targeted prospect lists, drafting outreach sequences, synthesizing account research, or prioritizing leads based on relevance and timing, we expect you to be fluent in using AI to multiply your output and sharpen your thinking. You'll pair this with deep work in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, engage, and develop relationships with decision-makers at large, Fortune 1000-type organizations.
