THE TEAM: At JSM Group, our Power Division plays a critical role in delivering complex Infrastructure projects. Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) are at the core of our operations. We are now looking for a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead the way in delivering ‘right first time’ solutions across our Medium-sized Infrastructure Projects (installation of high-voltage cable systems and substations), ensuring compliance, and continuous improvement across our expanding portfolio of German projects. SCOPE OF ROLE: As the Quality Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all Quality-related matters within the Power division. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of German legislation standards applicable to the Construction and Data Centre industry. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all works comply with national and international standards. You will work closely with operational teams, contractors, clients, and regulators, ensuring full compliance, liaising with local authorities, industry standards, and best practices.
