Job description

Responsible for providing an independent perspective in underwriting and managing complex Wholesale Banking loans and relationships up to the bank’s legal lending limit. Partners with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Credit Portfolio Managers, and the Credit Portfolio Management Team Leader in delivering credit solutions through: underwriting, portfolio management, deal team management, and extensive internal and external client interaction. Credit Portfolio Manager IV is expected to be a subject matter expert (SME) in the respective portfolio and shall adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. Position Accountabilities: - Participates or leads client calls with Relationship Manager for in-depth financial questions, deal information, collection of financial statements, and other portfolio management requirements - Leads the independent underwriting process for new and renewal opportunities for clients and prospects within an assigned portfolio.
