When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. Looking for experienced nurses to join our 15-bed Neuroscience Intermediate Care Unit in the Rosenberg Building! BIDMC Boston is a world-renowned medical center known for their treatment of neurovascular diseases, an accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center, and member of The Brain Aneurysm Institute. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will engage in an innovative orientation focused on developing Neuroscience nursing clinical competence and confidence through a structured, evidence-based program. Our patient population includes post-operative neurosurgery, stroke, neuromuscular disorders, traumatic brain injury, neuro-oncology, and epilepsy. Your onboarding will not only enhance Neuroscience nursing but develop specialized skills and prepare you to care for our intermediate care level of patients that require a higher level of monitoring, post-thrombectomy and TNK patients, caring for external ventriculostomy drains and the initiation of some vasoactive infusions.
