Job Description: The mission of the Agile team is increasing the value, transparency, and happiness of software delivery teams through Agile and related practices. We coach individuals, teams and programs. This forward-looking group defines scaling practices, team-level best practices, tooling, and reporting, and will always be on the front line of agility within the firm. As a member of Agile, this Associate-level Scrum Master will help drive the success of individual teams while working with senior Agile professionals as a custodian for continuous improvement in how delivery teams become high-performing teams that consistently deliver customer value.
