Product Specialist As the industry expert for company’s entire product line, this role will engage potential customers to understand their technical and operational needs in cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing and demonstrate how our solutions can support their workflows. He/ she will also be responsible for bringing customer feedback and evolving market requirements to the internal development team and collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing materials. Job Description: - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing staff to position our offerings effectively and convert leads into customers. - Engage with potential customers to understand their technical and operational needs in cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing and demonstrate how our solutions can support their workflows. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical demonstrations, and product discussions to highlight our capabilities. - Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures that effectively co...
