Associate Client Director (Consumer Insights)

We are looking to add an Associate Client Director to our Customer Success team. As an Associate Client Director, you'll serve as a trust partner, bringing compelling, thoughtful, action-oriented analysis across a major retail client account. This role requires a proven ability to understand retail value chain, build client relationships, and deliver insights that drive provocative conversations. You will also lead a team of Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts; guiding and coaching them to support clients to analyze data through the use of NIQ tools and services, based on NIQ standards and service models to ensure clients receive insights on industries, markets, and consumers so that they make informed business decisions. Also, you will be responsible for driving NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission accountable for the on-target delivery of team KPIs.
