This role is responsible for defining a compelling design strategy, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring design is deeply embedded in how we solve problems and deliver value to customers. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align design outcomes with company objectives.
