Position Summary Working from our office in Bentonville, AR or from your home office, under a 10 month contract, the Dean of Students serves as a key academic leader dedicated to advancing student achievement in a fully virtual K–12 environment. This role focuses on strengthening instructional quality, monitoring student progress, implementing data-driven interventions, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The Dean of Students collaborates closely with school leadership, teachers, student support teams, families, and partner school districts across the state. Occasional statewide travel may be required for professional development, academic screenings, and state testing coordination. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all students, including those with IEPs, 504 plans, gifted designations, or attendance challenges, receive appropriate academic support within our virtual setting.
