Position: Socio-Economic Coordinator Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC or Burlington / Oakville, ON Status: Full-time, Permanent. This is a newly created position. Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid work model (minimum of 2 days per week in the office at the designated location) The Socio-Economic Coordinator plays a key role in advancing Quadra’s socio-economic initiatives by cultivating strong, respectful relationships with Indigenous partners and supporting opportunities that deliver sustainable, shared value. In collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, this position contributes to community engagement, partnership development, and agreement-related reporting, with travel to communities as needed. Reporting to the Socio-Economic Development Manager, this role collaborates with Quadra’s Mining and Energy teams to promote and enhance the participation of Indigenous Peoples in the industries we serve through meaningful engagement, capacity building, and socio-economic development initiatives.
