The Opportunity We are looking for a Global Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations across all GI Valves factories, Test and Training Centers. In this role, you will ensure that global manufacturing processes, capacity, and capabilities align with business needs and strategic goals. You will drive operational excellence, foster continuous improvement, and guarantee that safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities throughout all sites and projects. How you'll make an impact Take overall accountability for global GI Valves manufacturing operations, including planning and capability development. Coordinate and align manufacturing activities across all sites to meet business objectives and customer requirements. Lead global investment execution and ensure transparent follow-up on investment portfolios. Be part of developing and implement global manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
