Aufgaben We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Engineering Manager to strengthen our Tech Leadership team (team of six leaders). As Technical Leader you are managing your team (Houseowner & Service Request Acquisition) being responsible for enabling it to ensure high quality and performance. Simultaneously, you play a crucial role in influencing the Technical landscape. The Houseowner & Service Request Acquisition team is the engine behind how Aroundhome attracts high-intent homeowners (for instance via organic traffic). We are operating in a rapidly changing landscape where AI-driven search and AI-overviews are fundamentally altering how users access information.
