Description Position Overview: The Mechanical Sustaining Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring existing products meet the high standards expected of our fitness equipment through root cause analysis, strength analysis, and testing. This person will lead efforts to resolve field issues and support value add/value engineering efforts. Prepare CAD models and drawings for various components and assemblies to prototype and validate solutions. Ensure compliance with product specifications, internal and external standards, and testing requirements. Conduct product and component testing to validate designs. Complete documentation to report findings and support design changes. This is a non-supervisory position.
