JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values Greet guests: Responsible for setup and breakdown of event as required meeting all department standards Provide s a great experience for every guest through courteous interaction Server is responsible for the complete knowledge of the menu requested on the Banquet Event Order (BEO) Deliver food and beverage to guests as per the BEO and instructions from the Beverage/Catering Services Supervisor Return to tables regularly to ensure satisfaction Server must be able to handle trays of dishes, clear tables, and manipulate tray-jacks Responsible for cleaning and stocking areas Build relationships with custome...
