Job Title Field Service Technician - Patient Care Informatics (PCI) Job Description: Field Service Technician - Patient Care Informatics (PCI) Provide on-site technical support for Philips ICCA (IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia) solutions, supporting implementations and post-installation integrations at the Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre – Madrid. Your role: - You will provide on-site technical support to ICCA (IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia) Philips solution, including (but not limited to) installations, upgrades, maintenance, repairs, and other associated activities at the client’s facilities. - Work with the client’s Healthcare Information Systems Implementation teams, providing on-site technical support for both implementation and post-installation, including integration tasks, connectivity with third-party devices, and data exploitation. - Provide on-site technical support for continuous improvement. - Serve as technical lead for small to medium-sized implementations and manage escalations appropriately. - Conduct remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and facilitate incident resolution. - Maintain high standards of communication and...
