About Early Careers The Early Careers Program is a 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen. This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals. Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful upon entering the professional world.
