What you’ll be doing: - Being the first point of contact for clients seeking access to our national continuum of treatment services - Identifying which of our services is the best fit against the expressed need and articulating the value of our programs in order to convert the interest to an admission - Collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., Clinical, Finance, etc.) to ensure the clients’ needs are addressed and the treatment admission progresses - Managing leads within sales tracking software - Setting up clients in financial software, drafting payment agreements and forwarding these...
