Role Summary: To service, test, troubleshoot and repair manual and robotics products within the EMEA/APAC region. Will include customer’s equipment either in-house or at customer’s premises and training as and when required. Work Location: Bad Kreuznach, Germany – On-site - 5 days a week Your day-to-day might include: Service and Repair of Manual and Robotic products, within but not limited to: the Vinten, Sachtler and OConnor brands Technical support to Distributors/Dealers/OEM's end customers and our own Customer Service team by phone or email on all products Inspection and repair of Loan Demo Kit Travel to customer sites to carry out s...
