Summary: As a National Account Manager , you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic national accounts within a defined vertical market and/or region across North America. This role focuses on both new business acquisition and the growth of existing accounts, with an emphasis on delivering tailored solutions in security, managed network services, and related technologies. The NAM will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth .
