About the role: We're looking for a proactive, community-obsessed specialist to be Ecommpay's authentic voice across user-generated and community platforms. This role uniquely combines hands-on community engagement with online visibility focus to build genuine relationships, surface critical market insights, and ensure Ecommpay is discovered and trusted wherever our target audiences seek payment solutions. You'll spend your days engaging in Reddit threads, answering Quora questions, managing our TikTok presence, and identifying other opportunities where Ecommpay should have a voice. You'll be our eyes and ears in the market, translating community conversations into actionable insights for our broader marketing and product strategies.
