Job Summary The purpose of this position is to provide one-on-one personal training support to residents of Plymouth Harbor. The Health & Fitness Trainer also supports the Director of Wellness & Programming in all aspects of health and fitness programming and services for the community, as well as manages the daily operations and upkeep of the Wellness Center. Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm; We will set the schedule as part-time initially, starting with 3 days per week (around 24 hours). While the position is intended to transition into full-time, initial hours will gradually increase as the caseload grows. Flexibility during this ramp-up period is important. If full-time hours are needed immediately, there may be opportunities to support other areas within PH until a full caseload is established. Essential Functions: 1. Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions focused on strength, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and overall functional fitness. 2.
