Warehouse Associate / Field Tech Support

Job description

Description This position is great entry level position that supports both our warehouse as well as entry level Field Tech support. This individual will pull, package and ship orders as well as maintain inventory through receiving and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory. This individual will also assist the Sr. Field Tech on Field calls helping to oversee the installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the traffic control equipment we sell. Lots of room for growth for the right candidate. Requirements: Responsibilities: - Assist in Shipping, Receiving and other basic warehouse functions. - Assist in oversight of installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of traffic control and street lighting systems. - Basic computer networking skills or willingness to learn. - Read and interpret engineering plans and installation instructions to ensure proper installation of product. - Maintain accurate work logs , inventory parts, order supplies, and prepare incident reports.
