Inside Sales Manager Objective: The purpose of this position is to build new business and maintain and grow existing accounts, resulting in increased revenue and market share that meet the Company’s strategy and goals for Distribution Services. Essential Job Functions: - Pursue new and existing customers to discover current, under-served and future needs. - Perform sales analysis. - Sales of added products to existing customers. - Quote standard prices, terms, and other elements of service/contract. - Follow up on quotations getting customer feedback and market information - This position will travel approximately 25% of the time and manage a set of accounts agreed with the NSM - This position will follow a particular segment or blend of segments attached to a NSM or other leader in the sales team Primary Responsibilities: Reports To: Director of Busines Development - Pursue new and existing customers to discover current, under-served and future needs - Explain how customer needs could be uniquely met by NORMA Group products and services - Answer customers' questions about products, prices, features, availability, terms or conditions of sale - Develop and follow-up on leads - Quote...
