Job description

This position is responsible for dealing dice while ensuring a courteous, engaging, and enjoyable experience for Palms Casino Resort guests. The position also plays a key role in generating revenue for the department through excellent customer service and effective game management. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: The ability to deal Dice games (Craps/Dice) and provide guests with courteous and accurate service while promoting an entertaining environment. The skill set to deal a procedurally correct game, while maintaining department standards of game productivity and protecting company assets. The capability to assist guests by answering general questions and handling special requests to provide them with courteous service to encourage gaming activity. Actively support and sell current marketing promotions and be a strong advocate of the Serrano Club program. Maintain standing position for the duration of each shift while actively engaging players, dealing games accurately, and upholding a professional and focused presence.
