Overview: **** Defence Quality Engineer **** Seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer full-time (37.5 hours per week) for a 12-month+ project near Milton Keynes, England. Flexible working options including 4 day week. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support a range of projects across our customers' organisation. The role will play a critical part in ensuring that quality standards are consistently met, maintained, and improved throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for all quality-related matters, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and project management.You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving quality issues, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external standards. This is a dynamic position requiring the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
