Overview Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Field Supervisor Hand Grader to join our Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will be is responsible for evaluating building systems across District sites by identifying, documenting, and assessing structural and mechanical components. This role collects detailed building data using digital tools such as tablets, laptops, and smartphones. Drawing on extensive construction knowledge, the supervisor identifies both visible and concealed building systems located behind walls, ceilings, and floors. The position also evaluates the condition and remaining service life (RSL) of building components, applying construction expertise along with guidance and standards provided by the client’s Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) leadership.
