Job Description Summary The Lawrence W. Tyree Library located at Santa Fe College’s Northwest Campus supports the college’s mission, goals, and curriculum with knowledgeable staff, appropriate resources, and an environment that promotes user success and life-long learning. The library is hiring Work Study students to perform duties essential to library circulation, collection maintenance, and the provision of quality library services. The Work Study will maintain a functional and efficient work environment and ensure compliance with SF and FERPA policies. Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties Include: Provides a professional, helpful, and welcoming atmosphere by greeting to, responding to, and directing visitors at the Tyree Library service desks on the NW campus. Accepts, screens, and routes telephone calls concerning activities and operations of the library, directing inquiries as appropriate. Provides some front-line level of resolution to questions or concerns while making appropriate referrals as necessary.
