SUMMARY: The Production/Shipping Supervisor supervises shop and shipping employees in a manufacturing environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. Supervises and coordinates activities with picking product and preparing it for shipping to the customer and bringing material into facility. Dispatches shipments to trucking companies.
