As the Experience Butler onboard the British Pullman, A Belmond Train, you oversee and deliver a seamless, luxury experience for Celia’s private dining guests on board, coordinating personalised arrangements and ensuring flawless end-to-end service on the day of the guests’ trip. Reporting to the Train Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Serve as the main point of contact for all Celia guests on the day of their trip, managing their expectations and ensuring their journey is meticulously executed. - Oversee the execution and delivery of the Celia Private Dining Car experience.
