Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum: $227,302.00 - $261,268.00 - $308,942.00 Summary: The Director, System Security and Public Safety is responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership of the organization’s security functions, including physical security, workplace violence prevention and response, regulatory compliance, and—when applicable— coordination with cyber security resources.
