The Senior Business Analyst - Transformation Office MedTech (m/f/d) supports the disciplined execution of transformation initiatives across the MedTech business by delivering high-quality analyses, structured performance tracking, and transparent oversight of progress and results. The role serves as a central point of contact for transformation-related analytical topics across all business unit functions, enabling clear, professional communication between global and local teams as well as senior leadership. Beyond core Transformation Office responsibilities, the role contributes to selected strategic initiatives within the MedTech Business Unit, supporting leadership through structured analyses, high-quality decision materials, and effective cross-functional coordination. Your assignments: Track and analyze transformation performance across all functional areas (Commercial, TechOps, R&D, etc.) using relevant KPIs. Design, maintain, and further develop reports and dashboards, including deviation, trend, and potential analyses, to support Top-Management decision-making.
