Job Description: JOB SUMMARY - This person will perform Integrated Mosquito Management techniques throughout Lancaster County which include surveillance, control, and education. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: - This person will report to the Grounds Superintendent, position #00500293, at the Park location. This person will work closely with the Lebanon and Lancaster County Mosquito-borne Disease Program Coordinator who is not an employee of the County of Lancaster. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Fieldwork, data collection, data entry, and adult mosquito and larval control activities in coordination with the PA Department of Environmental Protection staff - Safely operate a pickup truck - Work outdoors in all weather conditions - Ability to follow County and Departmental Policies and Procedures OTHER SPECIFIC TASKS OR DUTIES: - Repair small motors, when needed - Ability to operate a computer to navigate...
