Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Coordinator (Scheduler) to help maximise technician efficiency while meeting service obligations, response times, and customer communication. You will coordinate and schedule technicians, manage timelines, allocate jobs, and ensure resources are used effectively across our three states (QLD, VIC, NSW). Strong organisational skills and clear communication are key to maintaining seamless workflow across our team.
