This role will focus on a particular region and perform supervisory functions including but not limited to performance reviews, quality and productivity oversight, and administrative approvals. Roles and Responsibilities: Ability to handle patient, insurance and practice communications compassionately and efficiently. Maintains current knowledge of all insurance policies and contracts. Provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to all staff members. Effectively communicates departmental activities to all staff members. Establishes a high-performance team that is efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, and shares responsibility for attaining the goals of the company. Facilitate departmental meetings, huddles, and 1:1 meeting for billing staff.
