Job Title: Safety Supervisor Reports To: General Manager: Location: 1142 Peavy Road, Jacksonville, FL 32254 (GSA5) Job Type: Full-Time: Job Schedule: Monday-Friday: Salary Range - $60K-$65K, based on experience Job Summary: The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for training, job observations, accident prevention, loss control, audits, and regulatory compliance. The Supervisor must be able to produce results through effective process development and safety programs. The Safety Supervisor will be a hands-on Supervisor helping implement programs and procedures in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as corporate and client policies. Duties/Responsibilities: - Maintains oversight of classroom instruction, behind the wheel training and all other required training programs for all applicable employees - Maintains oversight and compliance of Location safety staff and trainers - Ensures compliance with all corporate, client, Federal, state, and local policies and procedures - Facilitates and manages all driver and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual retraining’s as required - Schedules and supervises annual bus evacuation instruction and drills as required - Schedul...
