Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Southeast marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with at least 2+ years of experience to support the development of high-quality proposals and qualifications in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) marketplace. Strong preference given to candidates with 5+ years of experience. The Proposal Coordinator will play an important role in preparing and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other marketing materials that support ESA’s business development efforts throughout the Southeast.
