Job title: H&S engineer/officer (Mokra Project) Reporting to (position): solid line: Reporting to (position) dotted line: Site Manager Mission & role: The Safety Engineer/officer will be responsible for monitoring the contractor's activities on-site, issuing safety notices, and conducting induction and other safety-related training. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Safety Engineer being on foot throughout the day to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities: The specific duties include the following: - Organization chart: Part of the H&S department of Heidelberg materials for MOKRA Modernization Project . Directly report and receive orders from the H&S Manager. - On-Site Monitoring: Actively supervise the contractor's activities on the construction site to ensure adherence to Heidelberg materials standards, safety protocols, regulations and care of the environment. Participate in H&S meetings. - Issue Safety Notices: Identify safety violations and issue notices or corrective actions to address any non-compliance.
