Flexcon is seeking an electrician to perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our operations. What will you do in this role? What does it take to be successful in this role? - Must remain in compliance with National Electrical Code and 70E. - Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, ensuring they operate at peak performance. - Use knowledge and problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions to production. - Conduct electrical repairs and replacements of components, circuits, and wiring, following safety protocols and quality standards. - Collaborate with the engineering team to install, wire, and commission new electrical equipment and machinery and to enhance systems and processes. - Maintain thorough records of maintenance activities, parts used, and repairs performed, supporting data-driven maintenance strategies. - Work closely with fellow technicians and engineering teams to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. - Follow al...
