Position Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, the Senior Manager, Global Benefits and HR Operations provides exemplary employee support and strategic systems management in support of a robust HR function. This position manages RTSL's global benefits strategy, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) architecture, leave administration, and HR compliance.
