ROLE MISSION: We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Product Merchandising & Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our growing product ecosystem. This role will lead end-to-end merchandising and operational delivery across FlightStory products, including The Diary of a CEO product range. You will oversee stock management, operational planning, customer experience coordination, supplier and partner management, and product launch execution - ensuring products are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are met, and operations can scale effectively as the business grows.
